1:1 sessions are ideal for new clients who are a little nervous about joining classes and/or those who would like personal assistance with their training. They involve an assessment of the body, the chance to discuss injuries and/ or other challenges, and a plan on how best to achieve your goals. I will create a unique program that will help you to get the most out of your Pilates training.

An introduction to Pilates
£8 per class

This class follows the traditional STOTT method and repertoire to build a strong foundation of Pilates that will help you to understand the body and increase its mobility and stability. This is an essential class for those new to Pilates. It will help you to understand the uses of Pilates and give you the knowledge to perform the exercises correctly in order to achieve the greatest results.

A workout blast to chart hits
£8 per class

This is a power mat workout for those looking for a low-impact way of getting the heart rate up and the blood pumping. Prepare to work the abs, glutes, arms and legs in this fast-paced workout. It is ideal for those with previous Pilates experience.
