I am very excited to be launching my first two virtual classes next week. I have been teaching privately over the last few months and building my knowledge so that I can deliver high-quality classes for a lovely new group of clients. If you have had any previous experience of Pilates and would like a fast-paced mid-week workout, drop me a message and I will send you the link to my PowerCore class starting next Thursday 4th February at 7pm. If you would prefer to take things slow, you are more than welcome to join my ExploreCore Beginners class starting Wednesday 3rd February at 7pm.
