I am currently operating three services: 1:1 Private Sessions, Beginners Matwork and Power Matwork. My Services page will give you all the information about what is on offer. You have the option of booking individual classes or joining a payment plan, offering a block of monthly classes at a discounted price. Enquire for more information.

It’s really easy to join one of my classes from the comfort of your own home using your own computer or digital device. Once you have booked a session you will receive the Zoom link. Make sure to test the link before the event begins to avoid any technical complications. Have a mat and/or towel handy, a bottle of water and some comfy clothes on. I look forward to seeing you!
